This report covers a massive tasting with consultant Claude Gros held at my office in Colorado earlier this year. I’ve been lucky enough to taste with Claude for over a decade now, and I never cease to be amazed at the diversity in style yet consistent quality he can achieve with the estates he works with. Being based in the Languedoc, Claude’s portfolio is unsurprisingly heavy in wines from the South of France, yet it also includes a number of wines from throughout the world, including Argentina, Bordeaux, Corsica, and Bulgaria.
