This latest Up From the Cellar includes a retrospective of Cheval Blanc going back to 1990 as well as a retrospective of Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape Hommage à Jacques Perrin, an incredible Chambertin from Olivier Bernstein, a mature Sine Qua Non that’s drinking spectacularly well, a handful of California Cabernets, a stunning Sauternes, and a few rosés and early drinkers from the Southern Rhône.
