2019 Three Sticks Wines Castenada Rose

A juicy, strawberry, and peach-scented rosé, the 2019 Castenada Rose from Three Sticks sports a medium raspberry hue and plays in the richer, textured, almost Tavel-like end of the spectrum. It’s beautifully balanced, with good acidity and a clean finish.

2018 Three Sticks Wines Pinot Blanc Durell Vineyard

A unique variety that you don't see often, the 2018 Pinot Blanc Durell Vineyard offers clean citrus, lemon, and honeyed flower notes to go with a medium-bodied, juicy, mineral-laced style on the palate. With notable freshness and purity, terrific balance, and a crisp finish, it's outstanding. Blind, I'd probably guess Loire Chenin Blanc, and yes, I’d be completely wrong.

2018 Three Sticks Wines Chardonnay Gap's Crown Vineyard

Moving to the three Chardonnay, the 2018 Chardonnay Gap's Crown Vineyard comes from a remarkable site on the Sonoma Coast and has a rich, textured style as well as classy notes of honeyed orchard fruits, chamomile, buttered lemons, and toasted bread. There's always an exotic edge in the Chardonnays from this site, and this is a complex, subtle, nuanced Chardonnay to enjoy over the coming 5-7 years.

2018 Three Sticks Wines Chardonnay One Sky

The 2018 Chardonnay One Sky comes from the Sonoma Mountain AVA and offers more white flowers, honeyed minerality, and stone fruits. Richer, deeper, and more concentrated on the palate, it's beautifully done and should easily have a decade of longevity.

2018 Three Sticks Wines Chardonnay Origin

Lastly, the 2018 Chardonnay Origin comes all from the Durell Vineyard on the Sonoma Coast. Bright, almost racy notes of lemon drops, white flowers, crushed citrus, and hints of honeyed minerality all emerge from this beauty. It's a juicier, more vibrant Chardonnay that still has good concentration, terrific balance, and a great finish. Drink it over the coming 7-8 years as well.

2018 Three Sticks Wines Pinot Noir Russian River Valley

Starting with the 2018 Pinot Noir Russian River Valley, terrific notes of spiced cherry and strawberry fruits, white flowers, and hints of loamy earth all emerge from this pure, medium-bodied, elegant beauty. It's not the most complex Pinot Noir out there, but it has remarkable purity, silky tannins, and a great finish. I'd be happy to drink it!
