2018 Remi Niero Condrieu Les Ravines

The 2018 Condrieu Les Ravines is the largest production cuvée and spent 12 months in 40% barrels and 60% in stainless steel. Its light gold color is followed by a balanced, rounded, sexy Condrieu that has impressive notes of white peach, honeyed minerality and white flowers. It's clean, straight, beautifully balanced, and just a classic Condrieu.

2018 Remi Niero Condrieu Chery

The 2018 Condrieu Chery from Niero is a solid effort that leans toward the more fresh, racy side of the spectrum while still holding onto plenty of fruit. Spiced citrus, honeyed limes, spice, and a touch of sappy floral notes all flow to a medium-bodied, mineral-laced Condrieu that stays tight and compact on the palate. It's going to benefit from a year in bottle and keep for 2-3 years or more.

2018 Remi Niero Condrieu Heritage

The 2018 Condrieu Héritage is a better wine in 2018 and has more mid-palate depth as well as balance compared to the Chery release. Beautiful notes of crushed rocks, honeyed citrus, tangerine, and white flowers all flower to a medium to full-bodied, beautifully balanced, layered Condrieu that's ideal for drinking over the coming 4-5 years.

2018 Remi Niero Condrieu Coeur De Roncharde

The 2018 Condrieu Coeur De Roncharde is another beautiful effort. Spiced citrus, mulled peach, and tangerine notes all give way to a medium to full-bodied, rounded, opulent effort that plays in the richer, ripe, sexy end of the pool. Drink it over the coming 2-4 years.

2017 Remi Niero Cote Rotie Vires De Serine

Made from 100% Syrah aged two years in new oak, the 2017 Côte Rôtie Vires De Serine doesn't show its oak élevage and has a sweet perfume of black raspberries, toasted bread, spice, box, and flowery incense. Rich, medium to full-bodied, ripe, and nicely textured, it has the vintage’s tighter, more focused style on the palate and is going to benefit from 2-3 years of bottle age. It should drink beautifully for a decade.
