2018 Domaine Aleofane Crozes-Hermitage

The 2018 Crozes-Hermitage comes from a mix of parcels, most being in the Chassis region of Crozes Hermitage. Brought up mostly in demi-muids (a small part was in concrete eggs and stainless steel), it has a fresh, elegant and ethereal style as well as notes of black raspberries, wildflowers, spice, and incense. With medium-bodied richness and depth, it stays light and elegant on the palate and has a wonderfully forward, already delicious style ideal for drinking over the coming 5-6 years.
