2015 Bravante Vineyards Cabernet Franc

My favorite in the small vertical, the 2015 Cabernet Franc gives up textbook notes of blue fruits, leafy herbs, pine forest, and spring flowers. It's deep, rich, medium to full-bodied, and beautifully textured, with loads of charm. It's already drinking nicely yet will easily keep for another 15 years. The 2015 is the normal blend of 89% Cabernet Franc and 11% Cabernet Sauvignon that spent 23 months in barrel.

2015 Bravante Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon

The saturated purple-colored 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon (there’s 11% Cabernet Franc) takes things up a notch and has a rocking level of pure blueberries, cassis, and red currant fruits. Rich, full-bodied, beautifully pure, with silky tannins, and classic Howell Mountain structure and depth, it has the fruit to shine today yet is going to cruise in cool cellars.
