Subscription Agreement
Your subscription provides access to wine tasting notes and articles via the JebDunnuck.com website. Your subscription is for the term agreed upon when the subscription was created. Your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you turn automatic renewal off under your account settings.
Violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your subscription.
We are very protective of our content, and any use beyond what is granted here will result in a cancellation of your subscription. We reserve the right to seek damages, legal fees, and costs.
Due to the ease of downloading reports via PDF, NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE under any circumstances.
The subscription is an online service only – there is no shipping or delivery.
Personal Subscription
The Personal Subscription is for individuals not in the wine trade and grants access to the JebDunnuck.com Site Content via a personal computer and/or a mobile device. Your Personal Subscription is for your use only and may not be shared, resold or subdivided among other parties. Under no circumstances can you distribute the content from JebDunnuck.com, and transferring JebDunnuck.com information – or access to the JebDunnuck.com site – is a violation of copyright law. Using the site via computer programs, software programs or routines, or by another means, including but not limited to, Web robots, crawlers or spiders, designed to systematically download content in any manner, is specifically and strictly prohibited.
Commercial Subscription
The Commercial Subscription is for individual wineries, restaurants, and members of the wine trade engaged directly in the retail, wholesale, distribution, or importation of wine. A Commercial Subscription allows you and your employees to access the JebDunnuck.com site content via a personal computer and/or a mobile device. Outside of the single business associated with the Commercial Subscription, you may not share, resell, or subdivide the Commercial Subscription among other parties.
Businesses with multiple retail locations or wineries must purchase individual subscriptions for each location and/or winery.
Regional organizations, laboratories, and consultant organizations cannot use a Commercial Subscription to share or distribute content.
Wine retailers, importers, and organizations with a Commercial Subscription are permitted limited use of the Site Content on websites, blogs, and promotional materials solely in connection with the direct sale or distribution of wine. Sharing content directly with clients or third parties is prohibited.
The Commercial Subscription allows the use of up to five hundred (500) individual tasting notes and scores, with no more than 50 reviews from any single article. Any retention of a review or score, whether through a public website or internal databases, is considered a use of that content.
The Commercial Subscription only allows you to share Site Content relating to wine currently in stock and for sale. Any reference to Site Content shall be accompanied by a reference (and link if possible) to JebDunnuck.com.
Images and stickers referencing Site Content, with no reference to JebDunnuck.com, are not allowed.
The Commercial Subscription allows limited use of Articles and Regional Reports, as long as JebDunnuck.com is referenced. Republishing entire articles is not permitted.
Digital applications, data aggregator sites, or media sites may not copy, display, modify, perform, prepare derivative works of, distribute, publish or commercialize – digitally or in print – any portion of Site Content, including scores alone, without prior written permission from JebDunnuck.com. In addition, you may not share Site Content with any third parties – in digital or printed form.
The use and retention of Site Content is authorized only during the term of the subscription.

Personal Subscribers of the www.JebDunnuck.com site may save and use information contained therein only for personal use. No other use, including reproduction, re-transmission, or editing, of the information may be made without prior written permission of Jeb Dunnuck LLC, which may be requested by contacting [email protected].
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstance will Jeb Dunnuck LLC be liable for any direct or indirect damages with respect to the accuracy of the information, the availability of the service, the responsiveness of the service or your use of information provided to you by the service. We will use every reasonable effort to assure the accuracy and availability of the service.
CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
Jeb Dunnuck LLC may occasionally update this agreement. When we do, Jeb Dunnuck LLC will notify you via email or a notification via JebDunnuck.com.
Such changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the service after the date upon which this agreement is changed and the changes are posted will constitute your continued acceptance of this agreement. Your only alternative, should you no longer wish to be bound by this agreement, is termination of your use of the service. No full or partial refunds will be offered in such an event.
