During a recent trip through Zurich, Switzerland, I was able to sit down and taste with Casa del Vino’s General Manager, Marco Caluori. Casa del Vino is one of the leading importers in Switzerland and their focus is almost exclusively on Spanish wines, as well as with an emphasis on gastronomy. They represent the crème de la crème of Spain (the quality is outstanding across the board) and their portfolio is heavily slanted towards the more food friendly, elegant end of the spectrum.
